Signing in

Duck has no passwords. Enter your email and then the code we mail to you. If the code does not arrive, check the spam folder and ask for a new one.

Subscription

A subscription started in the iOS app is managed in your iPhone settings, and Apple handles its refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Pro does not show after a purchase in the app, open Settings → Plan → Restore purchases. A web subscription is managed from Settings → Plan → Manage subscription; see the Refund Policy.

Deleting your account

Open Settings → Account → Delete account. We delete your cards, reviews, and chats. Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store subscription; cancel it in your iPhone settings.
