Who sells Duck Pro

Duck is operated by Andrei Samsonov PR Novi Sad. Creem (creem.io) is the Merchant of Record for web purchases and subscriptions. Apple handles billing, receipts, and refunds for subscriptions made in the iOS app.

14-day money-back guarantee

If Duck Pro is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of a web payment — the first one or a renewal — and you get the full amount back. No reason needed.

Write to support@duck.study from your Duck email, or reply to the Creem receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Canceling

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan → Manage subscription. Canceling stops future charges; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Payments older than 14 days are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

iOS app

For a subscription started in the iOS app, request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides on refunds under its own rules. You cancel it in your iPhone's subscription settings.
